Overseas Referrals/ Relatives of Overseas Vietnamese Services:
Generally, the medical infrastructure and capabilities of Viet Nam overall is improving, we routinely evaluate patients whose medical condition or conditions may require more than the medical infrastructure of Viet Nam can offer either in terms of diagnostic capabilities, treatment capabilities, and/or expertise available. We have broad and extensive experience within the region of Southeast Asia to give unbiased recommendations on where the best facilities and expertise will be available for any particular condition or concern. We will do our best however to provide that service within Viet Nam, even if that means referring our patient to another facility within Viet Nam, if the key diagnsotic or expertise is available and acceptable to our patients.
Another service we offer and have found to be comforting is in implementing arrangements by overseas relatives living in the USA, Canada, Australia or elsewhere who would like their relatives living in Viet Nam to have the care and follow up with an American or Australia-trained and certified physician. We have experience in such arrangements and by consent of the patient we will keep their relatives abroad fully updated with their loved one’s care, treatment, and state of health.
